It's unclear how many members are still in the chamber and how many are in their offices. Leadership was apparently evacuated. Joaquin Castro and one other member were talking to ABC from Castro's office a few minutes ago. But there are still a lot of members on the floor with nowhere to go as protesters bang on the doors and others are apparently roaming the hallways
