5. Rollback of various environmental/species protections
6. Withdrawal from PCA
7. Foreign aid budget is destroyed
8. Created the U.S. Int'l Development Finance Corp

Only the court stacking, the IDFC, and Keystone will remain, would be my guess. #7 has legs as long as covid reigns, but will probably eventually be renegotiated to something new, but Democratically minded
