Tonight I was sent on a supermarket search for coconut milk. It was used in a modified version of an indian chicken curry, and it turned out fantastic. Garam Masala and curry powder were the spices that I know were used, but my wife snuck a lot of other stuff in there too. I wish I would have taken some with me for work. Leftover cauliflower rice will be fried for breakfast tomorrow.

I'm playing fast and loose with the rules this year, but not intentionally. I opted for tea instead of coffee today and went for one I'd never tried. Genmaicha. I learned too late that it's a brown rice tea.

Full transparency: I'm actually thinking of modifying this diet and going off Whole30 for the last 15 days.

For thread integrity, we can probably add carbs like brown rice and wheat pasta soon.
