What happens when you unperson 10s of millions of angry, increasingly poor and possibly deranged people who can no longer vent their frustrations on the social media?

Can Congress not amend Section 230 to put requirements on social media under the assumption that they are a public utility?
You want freedom from liability, then you must do A, B, and C for the public good.

Section 230 was mostly about formalizing what direction the courts were already leaning in.
