Fuck yeah! Sam Levinson is a genius. This movie is super relevant now.

Yeah it's one of those movies that has kind of hovered on our watchlist forever but we've never pulled the trigger on.

Scream 4.

Third watch and i really enjoyed it. I appreciate more the idea of a twisted remake with Jill being an evil Syd. Great cast too.

Saw that one in the theater but I remember little about it. I do have a morbid curiousity of the fifth installment due out next year with Williamson only producing and Craven well, dead.

I saw it in the theatre when it came out too, im a huge fan of the series. I liked it enough but this recent view unfolded more cool stuff. Its super meta and i love how they changed the new Syd role. Also it was kinda ahead of the curb in terms of teens and social media. And its pretty bloody too.

And yeah, im looking forward to the next one as well, specially with Radio Silence involved. They seem a great fit for Wes Craven and Williamson. The new cast also looks great and the legacy trio is there, so yeah, looks great.

I wonder if the scream title is a joke about reboots these days. Could be. I saw the cast being near Stu's house so maybe...

Beautifully shot, awesome concept, really good acting. Solid 8/10.
my fav from last year. Those images man.
This movie was really something. Genuinely horrifying and unique. Also another great "this is really fucked up, of course Jennifer Jason Leigh is in it" movie. Highly recommend this one.
