Re: R.I.P.
Tanya Roberts was a cinematic first for me. She was a Bond girl, an angel on the last season on Charlie’s Angels, and in the 80s cable classic The Beastmaster. But she was also in another terrible 80s movie that featured animals and had some cable runs: Sheena. She played the Queen of the Jungle. Young Biff watched all kinds of nature/wildlife shows growing up (still do to a lesser degree). I was about 11 when we got basic cable and one of the premium channels had a free preview weekend and completely innocently enough I taped Sheena. She wore a skimpy little outfit but I also noticed she used a waterfall as a shower. It was somewhat in shadow and nothing was really shown but there was definitely some side nudity. But the scene that really stood out was when she had a bathing scene and she had about two minutes of dialogue with the male lead (he was Blossom’s dad). When the camera cut to Sheena her naked chest was beautifully displayed a couple times. My first onscreen bare breasts. Definitely a memorable moment, at least at that age.

I seem to remember Sheena being PG. Ahhh the 80s.

This is the John Reilly that passed away.
Veteran soap actor John Reilly, a Chicago native who starred as Sean Donely on ABC’s daytime drama “General Hospital,” has died. He was 86.

Apparently Covid related.
An absolute (murderous) nutjob but he wrote and produced some great music back in the day. Also ruined some albums
