People are all like : Durant will play the 5 he's a great defender when he wants to be
Also Kyrie Irving is a basketball player when he wants to be.

Kevin O'Connor says the Heat could have PJ Tucker for 3 2nd round picks. Weird price but seems like they need to do something. He'd fit in really nicely.

Re: NBA Thread
The rumor is it's probably the Celtics or Heat. Not sure why either hasn't pounced yet. Riley and Ainge are each probably trying to dump dead weight in the trade or get it down to 2 seconds. I'm with you though, if that report is true the Heat should do it immediately.bada wrote:Oh man the Celtics should do that immediately.

Re: NBA Thread
2nd round picks are essentially worthless and can easily be obtained in later trades. A contender needs to go for it.

Agreed. It's gotta be a matching salary issue or something. Idk. But he would be perfect on Miami.Monkey_Driven wrote:2nd round picks are essentially worthless and can easily be obtained in later trades. A contender needs to go for it.

Re: NBA Thread
Zion has only taken 5 shots outside the paint all year and he's missed them all.

How is it even possible that some teams have a swoosh logo on the jersey and others the jumpman logo?

What kind of an asshole decides that guys can play together out on the court but have to wear masks and sit at separate mini-benches when they come out of the game?

Last night I learned the Magic has players called Birch, Bacon and Bone. This feels noteworthy.

Their regular look has had this dated 2000s feel for a while not. The cowboy hat on the M and the shade of green on the throwbacks are a huge improvement.Monkey_Driven wrote:They're great. Need to back to that color scheme.verb_to_trust wrote:I love the Mavs throwbacks
