Okay so I've had a bass guitar for a couple weeks and I've become obsessed with improving my skill by learning basslines. Sticking to pretty basic stuff right now but eyeing this one to tackle as my first real tricky / "challenging" one soon

It's funny the amount of people who have asked me for this when I mention that I have a bass nowtragabigzanda wrote:Jorge show us your bass face

I am not skilled enough yet to play anything that will result in any kind of face aside from a goofy "check it out, it's 'Longview'" grin

I'm more interested in seeing Jorge's kalimba eyes.

The Imposter might have my favorite bass playing on an EC track. The interplay of the bass and the organ. *chef's kiss*Jorge wrote:Okay so I've had a bass guitar for a couple weeks and I've become obsessed with improving my skill by learning basslines. Great call. Over the Electric Grapevine has been kicking my ass of late. That triplet! mute-mute-C# into open A A A A. It leaves me stunned every time. And it's relatively easy to play! Truly a gift.tragabigzanda wrote:Primus - Southbound Pachyderm
