Electric Light Orchestra
As I've grown older, so has my love for this band. Saw them last summer minus Jeff Lynne, so obviously not the real thing, but still a great show.
Love their music. Any other fans?

I remember hearing "The Diary of Horace Wimp" as a 12 year old and having my mind blown.

Re: Electric Light Orchestra
Got super hardcore into these guys about 5 years ago. Incredible musicianship and Jeff Lynne is super underrated, all around.
Was psyched to get to see them with PJ at the RRHOF induction. They actually stayed in the same hotel I did but I was too much of a pussy to say "hey bros you were great last night."

Shangri-La
Mission (A World Record)
Tightrope
So Fine
Boy Blue
Daybreaker
Nightrider
Sweet Talkin' Woman
Fire on High
One Summer Dream
Laredo Tornado
My personal favorite album is A New World Record. And Eldorado rules. These bros are super worth getting into if you're in the mood for it.

A New World Record, Out Of The Blue and Time are pretty much flawless albums. If you want to hear a bunch of deep cuts, check those out in full.

Mr. Blue Sky was exactly the song I needed to hear a couple days ago. What a mood enhancer.

In the absence of a Jeff Lynne thread, can we talk about The Idle Race or The Move here?
