Re: The Running Thread
I've made nearly $100 bucks on bitcoin since November. Going to cash out and spend it on some Kinvara 11s after I get mile 100 on my Bostons. Thrilling.

Re: The Running Thread
My Kinvaras came in today. It's going to take discipline to hide the box from myself until the end of the month+mile 100 on the ol' Bostons.

Re: The Running Thread
5k effort...
Negative splits...
Under my average pace overall...
Highest weekly mileage in a while...
...but didn't close my fucking loop on Strava.
The pursuit of perfection continues. Not closing that loop stings. Finishing where I started is really my only true hard and fast running rule.

And infinitely better than on a day you choose not to run. Way to go, Len.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:did 3 miles yesterday and it was not very good...i've regressed some this winter, but it was still better than i could do 6 months ago

Re: The Running Thread
Props to you guys running throughout the winter. I can’t find the motivation when it’s dark, cold, and raining out.

Re: The Running Thread
Sometimes I really envy those of you who can run on scenic greenbelts and trail terrain. Okay, all the time.
