sometimes i think about kyuss and wish there was anything else that good in this genre

There was that Aussie metal/core band with an Asian chick on vocals that were pretty :bammer: also. I think LetMeSleep may have posted a song or two.

I saw Kylesa once and I thought they were insanely good.

I tried listening to the records later and it didn't have the same effect, but that show I saw was great.

Gonna be "that guy" here. I can deal with and love many and varied styles and types of music, and I actively enjoy stoner stuff specifically, but my god am I totally unable to appreciate anything at all with scream-o style vocals.

This is what they meant in my specific case when they spoke about "turning into your parents".
