I really want to goldbelly some KC BBQ in for the Super Bowl. But there's just no way that stuff will travel well enough to justify the cost. Not worth it.

Instead, I'll probably drive to Fette Sau and do carry-out.

Joe's is the best. Hands down. If I'm only hitting up one spot, it's that one.

But I always hit up Gates and BB's when I'm home, too, time allowing. But there's not really a place I dislike.

so we had to drop our daughter off for soccer practice yesterday morning at 7:30. the wife and i went to a pete's fresh market (a regional chain) right after. the store was virtually deserted. we picked the girl up from soccer at 8:30, realized we had forgotten something, headed back to the store, and there were about 200 people in there.
