I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. Love me some cribbage. It's my family's favorite game.

Wingspan is great - we're going to get the digital version soon.

My folks got me Mysterium Park for Christmas, which is basically a streamlined version of Mysterium - looking forward to playing it.

Tried it out last night. Took us a bit to figure it out, but plan to play it again tonight. Always enjoy learning a new board game.

We bought Guess Who so my wife and I can play subjectively. We've played like 4 rounds and it's been so much fun.

Right?

We were lucky enough to be part of a "pod" group this summer. We played this game outside around the firepit for HOURS and it was amazing. I fucking love it.

One of my favorite game playing experiences of my life was making it all the way through round 12. We were absolutely euphoric.

It was 4 of us, we all just lost it when that last card was played. It was such an incredible feeling.

We were playing with 6 when we did it. And we all freaked out like we'd just one the fucking lottery. It's genuinely stupid how much joy we got out of it. But it was legit the best feeling. Unreal.

Wow, with 6 that's even more impressive!! But yeah it was a singular game playing experience for me. Glad we're not the only ones who acted that way lol. It really did feel like we just won some championship or something.
