I had two pairs of these circa 2012 before switching to Bostons. They were an awful shoe. Very stiff.

side cramps hindered me so i had to walk a lot before i could alternate jogging and walking again...my body sucks

there were a bunch of small hills in the community i was in so i did try to alternate the running and walking when it was downhill

the time was so bad i'm not even going to share it

You guys can keep Goggins. This is what I watch when I want to get inspired. Dude's not afraid to let the doubt in. Plus his wife looks like Joanna Gaines. :luv:

Only a year and a half before I can snag these on a sweet clearance sale. They look awesome.

These are sick but I can't find the colorway anywhere in my size:

Edit: found them. Pre order from Running Warehouse and arrive March 8. My stable of Bostons should hold me until then. Very excited to try the Speeds. Haven't heard anything but praise.

Saucony finally put a new Speed color on their website but it's just a boring blue. Such a let down.

Those Endorphins look good, verb. Loving my Sauconys so far.

I had a sloggy run this morning and I partially blame Young Team. Ran the distance I wanted, wasn't too far off my target pace, but the whole effort just felt off. Hate to say it, but Mogwai just might not have the drums to motivate me.

Podcasts and music are required, especially now that I run in bone phones. I could listen to March of the Pigs on repeat and my cadence would still be flawless.

Yeah, I was a no headphones guy until fairly recently. I use my runs primarily to relieve stress and get time to myself now. It's one of the only chances I get to spend time with music anymore.

i didn't check my time until right at 3.10 miles and that was done in 30:30...i think i've only had two faster 5k times
