good overall...the first mile definitely felt the best...i knew mile 3 was going to be a bit slower, and i didn't really push myself near the end of the third mile as i had been when practicing for the 5k...i did run pretty hard the closing stretch of the 4th mile though

i haven't really done any exercises since wednesday, so maybe my body just recovered well from the rest?

i didn't check my time until right at 3.10 miles and that was done in 30:30...i think i've only had two faster 5k times

I'm on the precipice of the next level, whatever that means. I think I need one or two more weeks of mostly 2 milers with a 5k sprinkled in before I start going further. Biggest constraint holding me back is time, but I'd like to be consistently hitting 15 miles a week by April. I'd rather stretch it for longer distances than work on a better pace. I'm not training for anything so why not have some fun and see how far I can go?

At least B isn't logging "tread" over and over again. Your negativity will tear this thread apart, verb. I won't let it.

Probably not. I think I would max out at about 19:30 or so on a 5k.

I love that Rob from Maricopa, AZ still gives us all kudos.

I'm just going to start leaving it "Night Run". Maybe R2d will finally notice me again if I don't make the distinction.

He seems like a great guy. Every once in a while Mina will still give me one too.
