i'm getting into baking a bit, and may stick to savory items only. the amount of sugar and oil that goes into, say, zucchini bread is appalling.

it bugs me when people don't peel a banana but they cut it in half and leave the other half laying on the counter

Yeah crab is hard to turn down for me but I rarely crave lobster. I still think about the last time I had fried green tomatoes with cold crab dressing. So good.
