Speaking of running, there is a neck-and-neck race going on here at RM.
Who has posted a single word more times?
Durden = “water”
Verb = “Boston(s)”
We get it.

Not the same. Boston content moves discussion forward, even if there is the carrot and stick promise of a photo verb's brought up multiple times and has yet to produce.

Another 5 miles on the Signal Pinks. With my persistence, they will fail.
Saw Rob's post surgery run. It kind of freaks me out. If Rob can go down, none of us are safe. I wonder what his specific injury was?

Bro, even if you get into some mud, if you are grinding miles that dry earth doesn't stand a chance. It's gone in a week.Bammer wrote:I, too, put my very muddy shoes on my carpet for photo op’s.

Re: The Running Thread
Sorry Strava bros. There's freezing rain in the forecast for the next few days and I don't think I've got the gear to run safely. Thought I could get a run in today before work but home duties took precedence. See y'all on the other side.

I did 27 miles on the tread this week and it felt like 75. It hasn't been above 10 degrees since 2/3. Might get outside again later this coming week. I hate illinois so much.washing machine wrote:If only I had a tread like verb.
