The Vinyl Thread: Still Listen On Wax, Don't Use The CD

Other than Pearl Jam, who else is there?

Slowly building out my blues collection. Are there any good John Lee Hooker collections? He was so many labels, the only comprehensive compilation I've ever seen is a 2cd set by Rhino and it's not on vinyl.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

It Serves You Right To Suffer is a VMP exclusive and it’s really amazing
I like that release but it's missing so many songs I love. I probably need multiple compilations. I can't even find a live album with everything I want.

Sounds like a good packing job by Amazon's standards.

Yeah that sounds about right. There are some weird horror stories with records from Amazon. Send it back if it’s banged up. I like it when they just toss a record in a big box

I chose the slower options with had them arriving today, but I just got an e-mail that they're running late.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Mine all arrived undamaged, thankfully. In my second order, I got RATM Renegades, Jonathan Richman's "I, Jonathan," and Beck's "Hyperspace."

I'm not really buying vinyl right now. But I'm still sad that I missed this.

Mine came today. All 3 in one box. Beastie Boys was in a vinyl shipper inside the box. Marvin Gaye was loose in the box. And Rage Against the Machine was in a vinyl shipper inside the box, but it was actually a Miles Davis/John Coltrane album.
