how many miles is this?
10.78 miles.

Only about 4,000 of those came on an actual walk with the dog.

I've been averaging about 13k a day this winter. Will likely get closer to 15k once the weather is nicer.

I’ve had to take a break from jacking recently because of my fingers issue, but I did just do 40 pushups with no pauses

my legs are a tad stiff from yesterday’s walk...I’ve done very little cardio over the last month

I've been lazy. no pushups since i can't remember when. no walking around the neighborhood either.

let the decline begin.

good day for a walk, and i could use some exercise.

all the fun happening in the running thread has inspired me to go for a lunchtime walk today. i might even try to find my old fitbit.
