Fuck, movie theaters here have been closed since Dec and aren't going to open anytime soon. Probably will miss its entire theater run by the time things open again.

i saw the original in the theatre and took my then little brother to see it, his first time in a cinema. He went bonkers. Like it was the best movie.

I might tell him to go to see this one, 26 years later.

So the early reviews for this have been.....alright. Gives me hope - as does this line from a review 'Sometimes, you just need to watch a movie where a character freezes another one’s blood and stabs him with it'
