Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

fortunately we have adults in the white house now. and the J&J shot looks helpful.
They just gotta go door to door with an ice cream truck full of vaccine and start giving the people the shot where they live

Had my second shot yesterday afternoon (Pfizer-BioNTech) and have been feeling shitty all day. Not sick exactly but foggy with an overwhelming desire to lie down. And eat. I’ve had like 4000 calories today, which isn’t helping.

I had the Pfizer shot too and I felt nothing both rounds other than some very minor arm pain. Maybe I got saline or the drops at the bottom they are trying to pass off as extra doses?

We figured out how to use vacuum tubes in artillery shells in 1941. I think we can make it work.Bi_3 wrote:The velocity may damage the sealant on the nanochipsspike wrote:i'm thinking vaccine snipers at monster truck rallies96583UP wrote:fortunately we have adults in the white house now. and the J&J shot looks helpful.

Spike lives in Illinois. JB isn't going to allow monster truck rallies any time soon. That's the real hurdle here.simple schoolboy wrote:We figured out how to use vacuum tubes in artillery shells in 1941. Its awesome that the relief bill awards states that locked down the hardest the greater share of money. No, that will not be earmarked for unemployment insurance.verb_to_trust wrote:Spike lives in Illinois. JB isn't going to allow monster truck rallies any time soon. Am I missing something here? CA had/ has a 6 month + backlog of unemployment insurance. Why should any monies go to anything other than making those people whole?

Re: Anybody want a Corona?
Are they really handing out the money based on who locked down hardest? What rationale is there to do that? You can overlay the metrics of basically any lockdown and free states you want and they basically look the same.simple schoolboy wrote:Its awesome that the relief bill awards states that locked down the hardest the greater share of money. Based on unemployment numbers. Not a perfect 1:1 relationship to lockdown severity, but there's gotta be some relationship there.verb_to_trust wrote:Are they really handing out the money based on who locked down hardest? Did a pharmaceutical company write this? Hard to show the tone of this without quoting the entire article but it's very strange.
