Re: NBA Thread
Depends on how high the pick is honestly. The Bulls drafted Chandler Hutchinson with their last mediocre first rounder. Chandler has a great hairline but that's about it. I don't think Thad is worth a lottery pick or anything but if teams want him they should have to give something legit up.

He did, it just felt appropriate since Chris Paul just made another All Star game.verb_to_trust wrote:I thought Marvin retired?Electromatic wrote:How about 2 Cam’s Reddish and A Marvin Williams.verb_to_trust wrote:Depends on how high the pick is honestly. This is just eye test and I have no idea if three point makes and percentages are the same now as they’ve been for years but damn if it doesn’t seem like tons of guys are hitting threes at an incredible clip. Maybe it’s just horrible Celtic defense but the shooting skill level of just the run of the mill players in the league now is remarkable.

Toronto hit 21 three pointers tonight with 4 starters out. I don’t know who half these guys are....man this team can draft and develop.

Re: NBA Thread
I watched some G League earlier today. Those guys are brick layers. Same with college ball. The three Lillard hit last night to ice the game was insane and it just seemed normal to me at the same time. The NBA exists on another level.

The skill level in the league right now is crazy, even compared to 5-10 years ago. I'm not a fan of some of the officiating trends, but these players are so good.

You know what I HATE? When a team has the ball and gets fouled. The other team challenges the call and wins the challenge and they go to a jump ball. Why should the team in possession of the ball get penalized cause the refs made a bad call?Monkey_Driven wrote:The skill level in the league right now is crazy, even compared to 5-10 years ago. Reviews need to go away immediately. The trend that I hate is fouling the ball handler intentionally on every potential fast break.bada wrote:You know what I HATE? Another one is you have the ball and I knock it out of your hands and it goes out of bounds. It shouldn't matter that in super slow mo you can see that it touched the tip of you finger nail as it went out of bounds I knocked it out.Monkey_Driven wrote:Reviews need to go away immediately.
