It's pissing me off chud, stop talking about it.
Not to push you closer to a shooting spree, but it was a decent way to kill time during a boring weekend, and not something that was given a ton of thought, just how i felt about the songs those days.
But back on topic, get right was the first pj song that i ever said i didn't like

Can you post it?
Not from my phone, but I think Gremmie.net has it. Doc, do you not like Get Right because of the lyrics or the music?
Im not sure really, i don't hate it, and like most of riot act it did benefit from the long break i took from it, but the whole thing seems off to me, if i ever get it live then it might do something to change it for me, i can't say help, help was a favorite of mine at first, but getting it live that first time helped me realize just how great it is
I'm glad to see this phrase used on here. It doesn't happen enough.

Dude, I've seen a hundred worse performances by Pearl Jam than that one of Get Right.
No question that the YouTube video and even the bootleg sounds passable. But in the building it was a lifeless disaster. There's got to be a reason they never play it. After 25 shows that stands out as the worst moment for me. The bigger shock to me is I can't believe that was 10 years ago. Wtf.

I was in the room also and don't remember anything strange about that performance, besides if someone doesn't like the song they wouldn't like the performance. But yeah, I've had quite a few things from PJ alone that were shoddier than that.
