I had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with my coffee for breakfast so I probably won't have lunch today.

Turkey sandwich with mayo, mustard and swiss. Spring greens mix salad with brussels and avocado dressing on the side.

No. For the money, go pick up a good loaf of multigrain, some romaine, a tomato, turkey or ham, and make yourself a healthy sandwich. Throw in an apple.
