While there is that minor pleasure you get from watching a canceller suffer under their own system, she was sixteen at the time of the tweets in question (a decade ago). If we seal records of felony crimes for people under 18, can we seal records of thought crimes as well?

There's a reason we beat our kids in the head with the idea that they need to post a lot less and think a lot more about what they put on Twitter and Facebook. Someone who posted garbage as a teen should probably be forgiven, but what if they aren't?

What if her teenage mistake was to have unprotected sex once, and she got pregnant. Should we find ways to forgive teen pregnancies and shield those kids from the consequences of their actions?
