It would be a perfect opportunity to get out of the South.

I need to get my running mojo back. I don't know if it's covid blues, lack of races, gaining weight, moving to a new neighborhood or what, but I'm just not feeling it lately. Having a hard time getting past 15-20 slow mpw.

This is the worst time for motivation. The weather sucks in the Midwest and spring ahead has me wiped out. I have TWO new pairs of carbon plated shoes but haven't ran in them yet because March roadways would immediately trash them.

Shawn Bradley is paralyzed after getting hit by a car on his bike. I feel like runners are less likely to get hit by cars and at least might have less sever impact if they do get hit.

5k in 29:50...that's probably the best i've felt overall, but with around .75 left i felt a fairly sharp side cramp...had to walk and jog slowly before it faded

I ran a 10k in 500 mile Bostons Monday and a 10k in new Adizero Pros today. My mile pace was 30 seconds faster today. It was windy as fuck on Monday though. The Pros are not a soft shoe. Basically your feet need to be strong. The lockdown on the upper is great though and they look sick. I didn't really notice the energy return coming from the carbon plates. Oh well.
