It's provided me a good place to slow down my posting, that's for sure.

anyone listen to Cold Conf(c)ession and Let it Ride anymore? I haven't for a long time, and I feel all of the LB songs I've heard are better than CC and LiR.

While I think those two are OK songs, I like the dynamics I'm hearing with LB.

I would be shocked if I like anything off of LB more than CC

That's funny, because I think CC is kinda boring and monotonous.

CC is pretty fantastic. I think one or two songs might better, but not being better than CC isn't necessarily a knock on the song's quality.

I've enjoyed everything more than let it ride, so far.

Yes but his drumming is not what ruins the songs.

CC is amazing as is Sirens. I am enjoying Swallowed Whole and Getaway alot as well. Lightning Bolt is growing on me. LTRP is cool for what it is ,but I am not going back to it much same with Let it Ride

I can't get that into CC or LIR because they sound like demos. They sound unfinished. CC can be pretty good , I find it a little boring.

The second half of LIR is fantastic though, I love what the whole band is doing.

I've enjoyed MYM more than both of them. But all three are pretty great songs.

I haven't heard all those others. But I'd put LIR behind MYM and before CC.

I still love CC and LiR more than anything i've heard so far. Getaway has a chance of maybe getting close to LiR maybe but i dunno, i really love that last verse/bridge into the outro ahh ahhhs in LiR. Like really. And i think i prefer the lyrics.

LIR really needs that second half to elevate it, and it feels a bit too plodding to me. But if that doesn't bother you (or you don't feel that way) I can see why people love it.

CC is a track I think should stay the way it is. I'd be interested to see them rerecord Let it Ride

I've only listened to the 4-song leak once, but:

Sirens
CC
(Getaway)
Lightning Bolt
Mind Your Manners
LIR
(Let the Records Play)

And I can't remember Swallowed Whole.

LIR has an awesome second half, but the first half ain't great.
