Grievance is another song I'm a little tired of, and I really like Without You (especially the chorus) but still voting for Grievance.

I like Without You, but it's going up against one of the band's greats. I can still listen to Grievance even after all this time, and get new things out of it. That's a pretty impressive feat for what is in the end a three-minute rocker.
