there's an abundance of shitty lasagna out there

people don't stop to think

it's still a pasta

don't bury it in sauce

the noodles should be al dente

you want to bite in and taste recognizable pieces of food

not some limp dick poof of bland sauce with an accent of factory ricotta

Also that some people call everything taco, however they make it. Or they say they are making chimichanga, but baking it instead. which other people call a baked burrito, or even a enchilada.
