I actually listen to Brain of J more often, but when I do go to Long Road, and it hits, the emotional weight is something that Brain of J can't come close to.

These are two songs that would have been 4-star pieces a few years ago, and have vaulted towards the top of my list of favorite PJ songs. I think recently I've been more drawn to Long Road (I think I said it in the last post, but that opening performance to Touring Band is one of my favorite things the band's done. I'll go with that song right now, but this is a coin flip.

So upsetting. I hope you can find yourself something to lift you up today.

Again, thanks peeps. It's OK. He had a wonderful life and I'm really glad my kids got to grow up with him. He was in pain this last little bit so I'm glad he's passed that now. And the vet gave him a bowl of icecream with kangaroo treats in it, which he thought was the best. In the end he went to sleep looking into the eyes of his favouritest person in the world - my wife. I hope I'm that lucky when my time comes.
