Nah, once it pulled ahead I ceased to be riled up, but I am interesting in understanding the hate behind it. This is a legit 5 star song for me.

I don't hate Comatose. I just think in this particular matchup I prefer the song it's up against. That's it. Even though Lukin and Habit are similar, they're far superior to it.

it's nowhere near a song i really, really like... and probably the bottom half of S/T for me, and i don't really have a solid reasoning behind it tbh. Ed's delivery seems super forced, and in some sort of restrained slow motion? sounds like he's trying to force out a really big dump.

i also remember reading how they had like 30 different versions of this song, and to me it feels like they just overworked it. would love to hear those early versions though.

Alright, an exaggeration - I’ve been around here a long time, and well, sometimes RM needs to be called out on some stuff. There are worse things than ultra-fandom landing an appreciation for Olympic Dream. I don’t think it is a very good song though - maybe a slight upgrade from Ramblings.

Comatose is easily, far and away, the worst of the three for me. It might be my least favorite PJ album track.

I'm also not big on Habit. I think it kills what is an unfuckwithable opening run on No Code. I really wish it wasn't on the record. As a B-Side or lost dog, perhaps, I'd have more patience for it.
