It was interesting, but could have been a lot better about the pre-production on The African Queen.

Now Witness For The Prosecution. Rewatch. Five star classic.

Royal Tenenbaums. Very quirky. Pretty convoluted. Could've benefited as a mini-series. Mostly held up, though. Not as good as I used to think it was. 6.9/10.

Force Of Nature.

Man, what a joy. Mel Gibson plays a retired deranged cop while Emile Hirsch and Kate Bosworth are trying to get his ass out of an apartment during a colossal storm in Puerto Rico. Of course, some bad guys enter and try to stole some painting an old guy from the building has. So much fun!

The cast is superb really.

first viewing of predator

mac was my favorite character

arnold had an incredible physique

carl weathers was a real jerk

ventura was annoying and i'm glad he died early, but i love the like depth of the "i ain't got time to bleed" quote

there were some really cheesy lines

i loved the prolonged reveal of the predator and it was worth it

the anna side boob was an unexpected treat

carl weathers had a nice body also

this should be remade with the cast of the expendables with stallone as the predator, but not in a costume

this did more things right than wrong so i give it an A minus

when arnold coated his body in mud he kinda reminded me of the hulk how cool would hulk vs. the predator be

the guns were pretty awesome

there's no way arnold and anna didn't bang when they got back
And they say that a hero could save us
I'm not gonna stand here and wait

Shiva Baby.

It was good. Great cast, and a sometimes funny, sometimes dark, sometimes dramatic story. Very well directed, i liked the framing and the editing specially.

there's a small chance i saw the whole thing on cable as a kid, but i'm pretty sure it was just a few scenes here and there that i remember little to nothing about

I think it's great, but then again I have very refined taste and a more sophisticated understanding of movie films than most.

Predator is what happens when an alien fucks up someone's Dirty Dozen movie.

Predator 2 is what happens when an alien fucks up someone's Dirty Harry movie.

I wish that franchise continued that way up to today. You could have a superhero movie messed up by a killer alien... A romantic comedy ruined by a killer alien, etc.

We'll get there eventually, but there are a few other apocalyptic scenarios I have to get through first. Alien invasion is far down the list.
