Also Red Mosquito, for it's frazzled and lost energy. Though both of these songs are when Eddie's voice starts getting a little thin and reedy for me, RM is just a stronger and committed performance from everyone.

I swear my kid asks Alexa to play All those Yesterdays just so he can hear Hummus.

Red Mosquito
Faithfull, because kt's story is completely irrelevant.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Red Mosquito is a song that I like, but never really have an urge to return to. It's one of those songs that doesn't hurt the record it's on, but it's not really what keeps me coming back, either. I wouldn't go as far as to say Faithfull's far stronger, but it's an easy choice for me.

I think Red Mosquito is essential to No Code. The album is scattered and as wide a range of sounds Pearl Jam would cover, and this adds this bluesiness and breaks the mold of a blues song with its time signature. It’s sandwiched between two songs that rip without abandon in Habit and Lukin - and needs to be there for that reason - to also allow each of those to stand out while it stands out itself. No Code is the one album where no song blends into the next and I think each is relatively great.

And that slide, man. Goddamn I love this song.
