No Way is mid period Eddie at his worst. Nasal and kind of annoying. The music is pretty cool, though.

Sometimes we agree on so much on things, and then others we couldn't be more opposite. This is a case of the latter. "No Way" is fantastic and exemplifies a lot of what I love about the band, especially in their middle period. And that goes extra for Ed's more nasal delivery. Sounds more appealing to me.

Is this a hot take? I like the way Ed sounds on No Way and most of Yield far more than the way he sounds on much of Backspacer.
