or forearm presses in strength training...i can almost do two, but they are near the end of the workout so I should try them during a work break

What's a forearm press?

Kinda like a push-up but goes from flat forearms to high plank...I’m a novice so not sure if it goes by another name, but that’s what dude calls it

Don't be afraid to utilize your legs in this maneuver.

Start with forearm planks? pulsations? side plank in forearm.

I’m not familiar with pulsations, but the guy whose video i follow has like 12 different exercises with one rest in the middle...a few different crunch and plank variations, heel tap, mountain climbers, etc...

I’ve done the side plank crunch in the past a few times toward the end of a session and man i could barely keep my balance

Down 5.6 lbs since April 5. 15 to go. I let myself get chubby.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

got some resistance bands a few months ago and finally got around to messing around with them....other than feeling like they’re going to break and snap me in the face, i can definitely see the appeal due to the versatility

I've been using the same cheap Target brand band for 5 years and I'm just waiting for it to snap, but it hasn't yet.

Sort of on that note... I've been trying to get back into shape this year. When I was in my best shape a couple of years ago what worked was a combination of running, and doing a short/easy bodyweight fitness routine every day. Like 100 pushups and situps, some squats, planks, etc. I never spent more than 10 minutes a day on it and I looked magnificent.

Is there an app or something where you can tell it how long you want to work out, and it will spit out a routine for you? My internal motivation is lacking these days. I want to be told what to do.

nice...i found a $20-$30 set on Amazon with good reviews

that sounds like incredible results for only 10 minutes?!?

not sure on the app...i just use my Apple Watch, which i like, but the only thing close to that is just setting it to “Other”...but i have thought something like that would be nice because I can’t swap from say Core to Strength training without ending one and starting the other
