yeah timmy is a favorite. He is just a monster...and i also really like his work on Audioslave.

On a whim today, I threw on Beach House's Thank Your Lucky Stars, an album that kind of passed me by at the time. It's a little delight -- a few minor novelties sonically, mostly par for the course, but a worthy entry in their formidable catalog. The more avenues that exist by which to fill the world with this beautiful sound, the better.
