there's a lot to like about the new song, it *sounds* wonderful, but I hope there are proper choruses on the new album and not just dubstep breakdowns

yeah, their first two albums scratched an itch. but i honestly haven't thought about them in 5 years or so.

I've never hated anything from them, and I've loved a good deal of it; that's about the best I can expect from any band

I like the new songs; I'm not in love with their dubstep breakdown single-line chorus thing, but this new song doesn't have one so I'm not ready to say they're phoning in their choruses yet

the new song seems cool but I'm a bit thrown by what sounds like acoustic piano and other live instruments as opposed to the synth pop; I can't work out how the sounds will gel together on a new album or whether they'll clash, but hey I'm on board to find out

I don't mind that they followed their pop urges in general
