The Endless started out okay but the ending was a mess. Not a good movie.

are frustrating, but I forgave those shortcomings because the narrative choices were smart enough to leave the right plot questions unresolved

Were they in a larger loop? Was their mothers death part of the camp's loop? An attempt at the creation of another loop? Was their escape from 'the camp' defeating the entity after many attempts trying to get them to leave?

Watched The Lighthouse again last night. Whew. Think this is gonna be a perennial viewing at least.

i don’t think my opinion has changed much from the last viewing...visually stunning, intriguing concept, not a miss but could be better...Weisz is great- where has she been?

didn’t realize how much Jackman’s performance in Prisoners was like this...mostly well meaning, but overbearing af...would have preferred someone else

also weird as hell to see Hector Salamanca
