There are two versions of Leash on that tape dated 3/4/93, 01. "Leash (Take 1; False start) > Leash (Take 1; Restarted)" [03:16.373] and
02. "Leash (Take 2; False start) > Leash (Take 2; Restarted)" [02:45.400]. The "slow potent version" must be Track 1, because track 2 is shorter and actually an instrumental even though it is not identified as an instrumental. I wonder if the "slow potent version" has vocals or not. The demo of Leash that has been referred to as "No Anything" comes from the Stuffins Demos tape if i am not mistaken. That one does have vocals on it.
