Nice. I am on a five day plateau but think I’ll see a quick drop soon. Being active, hitting the gym and eating well.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

Excellent.

Yea, pretty intense bike workouts at home. Not much strength training as im trying to rehab a bum shoulder. But im finding it reasonably easy to drop weight without alcohol and pasta!

I got the expected quick drop, down another 2.5 lbs in two days. I am on probably done with the quick weight loss. Hoping to stay at 2lbs a week through end of May. Happy that I am back to pre-Covid eating habits.

Yea its crazy how Ill spike up .8 lbs and then the next day be down damn near 2.

Im driving myself a little mad weighing myself and logging it daily but it is interesting to see how it all kind of works and if i can tie it to what i may have eaten. One major spike occured after a night of homemade pasta. I suppose thats expected.

I'd like to drop another 9 by mid to late may. Get myself down around a healthy 2 bills.

I'm in a weird place, upper body strength is coming along and lower body is lagging. That's never happened before, I've always been really weak on bench. Still am, but for me major progress: Benched 225x3 the last couple sessions. I've never benched more than that, so Monday should be a first.
