Saagwala is my fav. Northern Indian with a spinach base.

I've eaten Indian food somewhat regularly in restaurants since about 1999 (and simple dishes at home now and then). While the restaurants both here and in the UK vary greatly in quality, they all seem to have a very similar concept. But now there's a fine dining Indian restaurant that opened in my neighbourhood. Both Norwegians and Indians have written glowing reviews. Really want to try it. There's also a new Indian fusion restaurant that is getting good reviews.
