yeah i don't see masks catching on en masse; i guess they're too annoying.

what would be good to see is a shift in the show up for work even if i'm sick mindset in america. WFH becoming more normalized could help with this some.

That is more of a capitalism problem though. The people that could work from home while sick already have jobs with benefits and sick leave. The people who have to come into work sick haven't really seen any change in that. They still mostly don't have benefits or a way to stay home and not lose a bunch of money.

a shift in mindset needs to start somewhere.
