I've never had jellied eel, but my dad ate it quite a lot as a child. He grew up dirt poor in London so I'm sure he ate plenty of interesting things.

Mushy peas I haven't had since I was a boy. I remember liking them, but I don't think I'd enjoy them now.

Not much beats a good steak and stilton pie.

A new location of the Brews Hall is opening tomorrow at the Hermosa Beach Pier. The project features bites from multiple different restaurant menus under one roof, from celebrity names like George Lopez to Colin Cowherd. The first location of the Brews Hall opened in Torrance in 2019.
