I figure I crisp up the hashbrowns. Cook the eggs. Warm the chorizo. It all goes into a tortilla. Wrap it in foil, and toss it next to the fire.
you should precook the chorizo and toss some onion in with it

These came out well, but if I had it to do over again, I'd make the burritos for everyone and sear them in the skillet or fire. I put everything out so people could make them themselves, and 3 people just piled crap into a bowl and the cheese didn't melt and what the fuck is wrong with them?
