Yeah there were some deleted scenes and a few not filmed that were written. Idk, hard to justify the scenes without sounding pedo-y, but i think part of the intent was that the tension was coming from her as she was doing whatever she thought he wanted so she could stay with him, while his struggle was just not getting attached and getting her killed.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

No one took Jackie Brown or Reservoir Dogs, either.

I think the most surprising omission is The Big Lebowski. Hell, even O Brother, Where Art Thou?

Too many great movies.

But didn’t Besson have a relationship with a 15 year old when he was 29? So no doubt the movie’s undertones are creepy AF.

I thought about both Lebowski and Jackie Brown. Both are masterpieces for me, but i went with Pulp Fiction, which is a safer choice for RM i guess.

Pulp is still his best movie
yeah, maybe. Jackie Brown seems his more mature. In a way it has more to say than PF. I feel he kinda come back to that in Once...

The thing about Lebowski is probably how many of its parts are represented elsewhere--not just the Coens and their other films from decades that were less stacked, but also Goodman, Hoffman, etc.
