This is tremendously well-timed. I'd done two free trials of Nugs and started listening through the 2000 tour while I exercise, but hadn't felt compelled to pay for, like, a full year.
Thanks, Pearl Jam. No complaints from me.

The band is getting older but so are we. I expect there's a lot of rose-tinted glasses going on here. I listened to some of those 2000 boots and the band sound sloppy as hell.
Also Eddie Vedder is a chain-smoking rock singer, just accept the fact he sounds like ass now.

Exactly this. Like bad Yelp reviews. JFC I had five minutes to try Deep out yesterday and it was completely amazing.

Yes - this so much. Shows started to feel like *Life Is Good* or #Blessed events. The "I Am A Patriot" cover is a perfect example of this.tragabigzanda wrote:Re: the verb/spenno argument above:
Biggest change for me is that the songs got more simple and straightforward from S/T onward. Less room for improv or cool embellishments when you’re pumping out your band’s version of pop-punk.

I still have a soft spot for the LB Tour and have shows from ALL eras but PJ 1992-2006 is on a *God Tier* while everything that's followed is pretty much *Partial God* or *Mortal Tier*.
1992 - 2006 PJ = Thor
2007 - current PJ = StarLord

I dont know....i feel like the band has sounded consistently good since 2013. Im done critiquing eds voice because he's just old and been doing it so long now. However, i think the band sounds like a perfect mix of loosed and focused.
2007-2012 was god awful all around though.
Tremor Christ from leeds 2013 is fantastic.

Re: DEEP - New Bootleg Plataform Starting Today (May/21)
has anybody created and shared a definitive best of compilation from all the official bootlegs?
I was going to make my own but with over 100 versions of some songs, I decided against it quickly.
Would love to see some lists if so

In my head I'd written off the 2013/2014 tour because I thought Eddie and the band sounded bad.Strat wrote:I dont know....i feel like the band has sounded consistently good since 2013. I'm listening to the San Diego show and I couldn't have been more wrong, they all sound fantastic. I'll have to give the tour another shot.
I retract my earlier comment about EV sounding like ass.
