The US and Nato have started withdrawing from Afghanistan. The last ones will leave on September 11th.

Letters of Marque and Reprisal. The victors get the heroin crop.

Edit: I think we're probably doing a worse version of this where we just pay a ton of Private Military Contractors to backstop the ANA. It really sucks that we don't own the night anymore. When the official military leaves, I expect a whole bunch of PMC gate guards to get clipped by Taliban with thermal optics. I presume they'll not pay a premium for former Western Military and go for Eastern European/ African contractors so the domestic audience doesn't notice when they get killed.

They’re literally walking into Palestinian homes and throwing them out and there’s nothing they can do.

Dime, I agree that looks really bad. We may want to wait a couple hours for some analysis to come back before jumping into anything

Our goal is only to strike terror.

Get to safety... Gaza is an open air prison. There’s nowhere to go.

They’re doing this all day. These aren’t weapons caches. They are people’s homes.

Israeli Arabs and Right wing jews have both embraced the tactic of stopping cars and attacking the occupants if they are perceived as "the other". A good bit of more generalized rioting as well.

What intifiada are we on now? The third?
