This is the FBI pursuing charges against Josh Duggar, not local authorities. It’s a significant number of images and the ages of the children involved is generally pre-adolescent. I’m surprised he was able to bond out before his trial, even with all the restrictions placed on him.

Weren't these the least bad charges based on initial info? I don't think he would have gotten bond if he was involved in producing child porn.
