I never read Leon as “total idiot”

Leon is in no way a total idiot. And he’s the best character on the show.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I recently rewatched the entire series and I must say, yes, that is the single best scene of the entire series.

tragabigzanda wrote:Bam what are your favorite episodes?
It’s all a blur after watching all 100 in about a year. I remember certain scenes but can’t necessarily place them in episodes or even seasons, necessarily.

I will have to watch the whole series through again completely in order to answer this question.

I mean, after at least half the episodes I would say out loud to myself “amazing” when they ended. Every single thing about the show is great and I really identify with the “don’t give a fuck about being PC” worldview of Larry’s.

I loved it when Richard Lewis showed up at the wake right after Larry. He's been great this year, obviously a bit more prominent with no Funkhouser--I feel like Marty would've been the one to boycott Mocha Joe's (but only when he's with Larry) if he was around. I got sad when they offhandedly mentioned he was in China.
For a brief moment, I thought they'd have Funkhouser die from the coronavirus. Then I realized these were probably filmed months and months ago.
Well they did say he went to China ... so I wouldn’t rule it out.

It's not an insult, but I don't feel it's particularly inaccurate.

There’s now a Tropical Storm Larry and it has the potential to be a really big one.
But of course I immediately think of Larry David and he hardly seems to be of hurricane menace.
I do remember David being a really nasty one in Florida about 40 years ago.
