What about not deciding what body part was injured on that hard foul by Draymond?verb_to_trust wrote:This I can't see shit is some elite legacy improv shit by Lebron

I guess they think Drummond offers more. Neither will be on the floor in high leverage situations. Best line up is clearly Davis at 5 but he's mentally handicapped.Bammer wrote:Q for someone smarter than me: Why doesn’t Montrezl get any minutes in this game?

draymond legit poked him in the eye and it should have been flagrant going by the rules of the game today. no play on the ball and contact with the head
if you legit think lebron wasnt affected by that and are claiming he is making shit up then you have never been poked in the eye by a 6'9 250lb man before

Yeah this. The "seeing three rims" was probably some literary license but that had to extremely uncomfortable. I was okay with it not being a flagrant even though I've seen much less get one this year but there's no way that didn't hurt and wasn't disorienting.Peeps wrote:draymond legit poked him in the eye and it should have been flagrant going by the rules of the game today. no play on the ball and contact with the head

Re: NBA Thread
What you’re willing to put up with from someone depends on how you like them / their personality. It’s getting hard to find players whose personality you can root for.
Lillard
Boban
Giannis?
Help me out here I’m drawing a blank
Then there are all the drama queens, it’s a much longer list.
Lebron
Steph
Harden
Durant
Irving
On and on...
I respect their basketball skills but god damn if they aren’t extremely annoying people

I hear you and I get it. I'm just happy because that shot got me a 0.1 point bonus for LeBron making the playoffs. Watch out now, MD!

It was a play on the ball. Green was turning his body without momentum to jump very high while James was running toward the hoop and able to elevate much higher with momentum.Peeps wrote:draymond legit poked him in the eye and it should have been flagrant going by the rules of the game today. no play on the ball and contact with the head

Re: NBA Thread
No windup and no follow through for the flagrant 2. I for sure thought they would call it a flagrant 1, but it's also the "playoffs" and he got a pretty soft technical earlier in the game. Don't worry, the moving screen makeup call made up for it and then some.Bammer wrote:It was a play on the ball. if you dont see lebron got fingers or a hand into his eye then perhaps you need to go see an optometrist yourselfBammer wrote:It was a play on the ball. and to add to MD's statement. it was a hit to the head which is what they are trying to eliminate by calling as flagrants. by definition it was a flagarant

It was a pretty bang bang play. The ball was down low when Draymond jumped and where his hands went. Lebron definitely got hit in the eye but he also was rolling on the ground holding his knee and head.Peeps wrote:if you dont see lebron got fingers or a hand into his eye then perhaps you need to go see an optometrist yourselfBammer wrote:It was a play on the ball. Re: NBA Thread
im not 100% sure which foot he rolled but he did come down (i dont want to say awkwardly but it was weird on his on leg) so that might be why he was grabbing his knee. i dunno about saying draymonds hands were low as they as he had them above his head before lebron even left the ground. also lebrons ankle slightly turns a little on the landing.Monkey_Driven wrote:It was a pretty bang bang play.
